Hello firstie friends!  I'm Mandy Beaty!  

Teaching is an absolute passion of mine!  I’m so excited to share this year in FIRST GRADE with YOU and your child!  It’s going to be a year full of FUN, learning, and lots of ADVENTURES & I can’t wait to see what the year has in store for us!  I thought you might like to know a little about me.

I am married to my wonderful husband, Brandon.  I have 2 step-daughters {Katie} who is a senior at BCHS & {Candace} who is in seventh grade at LFMS.  They take up most of my free time, but some hobbies that we enjoy are COOKING, camping, crafting, and traveling!  I have lived in Cleveland most of my life.  I am the younger of 2 daughters belonging to Dave & Bonnie Whitaker.  I’m a graduate of Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, Tennessee.  I double majored in Elementary Education & Special Education – Modified.  Growing up here in Bradley County, I attended Hopewell Elementary, followed by Bradley Jr. & on to Bradley Central.  This is my FIFTEENTH year teaching first graders, all served at M.A.S.
