About Me

Hello there! 

 

I grew up just up the road in Ocoee Tennessee, where I lived until I moved to Knoxville for college.  I graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2016 with my bachelor's degree in Child and Family Studies. Then in 2017, I completed my master's degree from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in Child and Family Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. I must enjoy student loan debt so much that in 2020 I decided to begin my Specialist of Education degree. I graduated with my EdS degree in Accountability and Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2021. 

 

I have experience with teaching kindergarten and 3rd grade. However, teaching kindergarten is my absolute favorite! There is something so special about being a child's first teacher in their school career. I do not take the task of being your child's teacher lightly. Thank you for entrusting your child to me for the school year.
